BUSINESS BENCHMARK REPORT IS HERE

Over the summer months we surveyed business owners for insights as it relates to themselves and their businesses. We believe these insights  - over time - provide great ongoing benchmarks for business owners and will provide key understandings between those who are growing and those who are not. We had 111 participants in the inaugural exercise, answering 55 different questions - topics ranging from strategic planning to personal wellness.   We’ll do the survey again in 2019, be able to conduct YOY comparative analysis, and be able to further breakdown differences based on performance.  

For now, in 2018, the results provide insightful and initial benchmarks.  The data is interesting, encouraging, and in cases even surprising.  For instance, did you know that 71% of owners surveyed have a defined exit plan in place?  Or that, only 34% of those surveyed conduct a regular customer survey?  Get these and other insights in the report.  Ask yourself, how do you/we compare?
